Portal Stories speeding up!

Hey all!

Pieter here,

A little thing about the previously posted poll (about what new stuff you would like in the game), the results showed to big favorites:

1. Bigger companion cubes (32%)
2. Slow motion fields (22%)

Somehow I think the second one is rather useless because it doesn’t make the game more fun… just easier.

But I never though Bigger companion cubes would make it to the first place! I feel kind of bad for the little cube… anyhow, we think the cube is perfect as it is: not to heavy, you can just jump on it, It makes a perfect portable shield, and it still fits through portals. 

Just to keep things short: We won’t be making any changes is the cube, but we will give slomotion fields some thought.

On to the next thing, the Portal Stories Team now includes another mapper!

He goes by the name of Demon and he’s a great lad to have around when making a mod like this  

This will speed up the progress of Portal Stories so give him a warm welcome.

As for the mapping contest: It is still going and we’ve seen some fair results so far. If you think you can do better, make sure to post you’re idea!
